📧

Daily emails — straight to you

Each morning you'll receive an email with your daily journal prompt, a curated article to read, a short growth encouragement, and an affirmation to carry with you. No logging in required for days 1, 2, 4, and 5.

📓

Journal on Sprixle

Your enrollment includes a free Sprixle account. Each day you'll journal your response in a private group space alongside your cohort. You're not alone in this — and seeing others show up daily changes something.

🎙️

Live session — Wednesday

On Day 3 you'll join a live group coaching session. Ask what you're actually wondering. Get real answers. No scripts, no slides — just honest conversation about what burnout really is and what recovery actually looks like.

📖

5 articles on burnout & recovery

Each daily email includes one article written specifically around burnout, exhaustion, and finding your way back. Read at your pace. No grades. No pressure. Just something worth sitting with.

The 5-day journey
What happens
each day.

Each day arrives in your inbox. You read, reflect, and journal at your own pace. Wednesday we meet live.

Sunday, April 12

Name What's Actually Happening

Most people call it tiredness. Today we call it what it is. You'll journal about what's actually depleting you — not the surface stuff, the weight underneath it. Your first email arrives Sunday morning.

02
Monday, April 13

Where Did Your Energy Go?

You'll trace back when this started — and what you were carrying when it did. This isn't about blame. It's about seeing clearly so you can make a different choice going forward.

03
Tuesday, April 14 · Live Session

Ask Me Anything — Live Group Coaching

This is your chance to ask what you're actually wondering about burnout, recovery, and what comes next. Real talk only. The session will be recorded for anyone who can't attend live.

04
Wednesday, April 15

What Rest Actually Looks Like for You

Not sleep. Not Netflix. Real rest — the kind that actually refills you. Today you'll get specific about what that looks like for your actual life, not the version of rest that works for someone else.

One Thing You're Taking With You

The goal was never to fix everything in 5 days. The goal was to reset — to disengage from what's not working and start discovering what will. Today you name what shifted and decide what's next.

This reset is facilitated by a licensed mental health professional showing up in a coaching and wellness capacity — not as your therapist. That means real conversation, practical tools, and someone who understands burnout from the inside out.

This isn't a course. It's a container. Come as you are. Leave with something real.

This is not therapy. The Burnout Reset is facilitated by coaches with varied backgrounds — some licensed, some not — all acting in a wellness coaching capacity only. No therapeutic relationship is formed. If you need therapy, ineedtherapy.org can help you find the right support, including sliding scale options that may surprise you.

Questions
The ones people
actually ask.
Is this therapy?
No. The Burnout Reset is a guided wellness experience facilitated by coaches — some of whom are licensed mental health professionals, and some who are not — all serving strictly in a coaching capacity. No therapeutic relationship is formed here. No diagnosis. No clinical treatment. If you need therapy, ineedtherapy.org can help you find it.
I really need help but I can't afford therapy. What do I do?
That's exactly why this exists. The reset is $47 — a fraction of a single therapy session — and it gives you real structure, community, and tools to start working through what's happening. If you want to go deeper, our directory has therapists and coaches who work on sliding scale fees, and some with prices that might surprise you. You don't have to choose between getting help and paying your bills.
I'm afraid to start therapy. Is this a good first step?
That fear makes complete sense — and you're not alone in it. The reset is a gentler on-ramp. No diagnosis, no clinical language, no long-term commitment. Just 5 days of honest reflection with people who get it. If you finish and feel ready to take the next step toward therapy, we'll help you find the right person at the right price.
Should I tell my therapist about this?
Yes — absolutely. If you're already working with a therapist, telling them about the reset opens a rich conversation. The journaling you do during the week can bring real material into your sessions. This is designed to complement therapy, not compete with it.
What if I don't feel better after 5 days?
The goal isn't to fix everything in 5 days — that's not what this is. The reset is designed to help you disengage from what's not working and start discovering what will. Most people leave with more clarity, more language for what they're experiencing, and at least one thing they're ready to change. That's the win. If you want to go deeper after, we'll help you find the right next step.
Do I have to show up every day at a specific time?
No. Your daily email arrives each morning. You read and journal whenever works for you that day. The only scheduled moment is the live session — and even that is recorded if you can't make it.
What is Sprixle? Do I have to pay for it?
Sprixle is a private wellness journaling platform built by therapists for wellness explorers. Your enrollment includes a free account. It's currently free while in development — when it moves to $9/month you'll decide if you want to stay. There are no automatic charges ever.
What happens after the reset?
You'll be the first to hear about the next journey — whether that's an Overthinking Reset, a People-Pleasing Reset, or something new. If you're ready for deeper work, our directory has therapists and coaches at a range of price points, including sliding scale. The reset is a beginning, not an ending. Where you go next is completely up to you.
What's the refund policy?
If you haven't started the reset yet, email admin@sprixle.com for a full refund — no questions asked. Once the journey begins on April 12th, refunds aren't available, but we'll always work something out if life genuinely gets in the way.

Ready to reset?
April 12th. $47. 5 days.

Disengage from what's not working. Start discovering what will. You don't have to figure this out alone.
